We Are Going To Carnegie Hall!

We have an exciting opportunity coming up in June of 2026. Our artistic Director, David Branson, has been invited to conduct a choir in Carnegie Hall! Consider joining the Casper Civic Chorale so that you can be a part of this incredible musical experience.

Trip Deadlines:

• July 1, 2025 - Initial deposit of $300 (If we can get 60 people to sign up then we get 4 free trips and we are currently at 49)
• October 1, 2025 - Final date for initial deposit of $300
• December 1, 2025 - 2nd deposit of $450
• January 15, 2026 - 3rd deposit of $450
• April 15, 2026 - Final Payment (Balance based on room list)

The following is a summary of a typical New York residency with MidAmerica Productions, Inc.

Day 1:

• Arrival in NYC and hotel check-in.

Day 2:

• One chorus rehearsal with the guest conductor and piano accompaniment in the morning (or afternoon)
• Directors’ meeting during first rehearsal.
• The evening is free

 Day 3:

• One chorus rehearsal with the guest conductor and piano accompaniment in the morning (or afternoon).
• The evening is free

 Day 4:

• Final dress rehearsal in Stern Auditorium / Perelman Stage at Carnegie Hall
• Concert
• Post concert cruise around the Statue of Liberty and lower Manhattan with music, dancing, and dinner (two drinks provided).

 Day 5:

• Hotel check-out and departure
