CCC Christmas Choraling

Join CCC for Christmas Caroling on December 19th. Our first stop is Elkhorn Rehabilitation Center at 5:00 pm. From there, we will go to Meadow Winds Assisted Living at 5:30, and Park Place Assisted Living at 6:00, Primose Assisted Living at 6:30. We'll finish up the evening at J's Pub & Grill for dinner and drinks!
